The second club to commit to playing in the 2021 season of the Frontier Premier League (FPL) is Magic Soccer FC. The Club is based Bismarck, North Dakota. Founded in 2014, Ricardo Pierre-Louis established Magic Soccer FC to bring high-level soccer programming to the Bismarck and Mandan communities.

Ricardo Pierre-Louis was drafted in the second round of the 2008 MLS SuperDraft by the Columbus Crew, where he spent one season when the Crew won the Supporters Shield and the MLS Cup. An early retirement from professional soccer sent Pierre-Louis to coaching in Bismarck. Pierre-Louis also represented Haiti at the U17, U20, and senior national team levels, even competing at the 2007 Concacaf Gold Cup. Released in early March 2021, Pierre-Louis is also an author, Hunger for Hope which can be found on Amazon and tells the journey that he traveled from Haiti to Europe to the US using soccer as a platform for hope.
